Our Impact
PHARP-Rwanda walks alongside vulnerable individuals and communities, providing trauma healing, healthcare access, peacebuilding and reconciliation, and economic empowerment through life-changing skills that restore dignity, hope, and resilient livelihoods.
Our programmes
PHARP-Rwanda promotes a culture of peace by equipping communities with skills in conflict prevention, dialogue, and non-violent communication. Through community trainings, forums, and grassroots initiatives, we empower individuals to become peace ambassadors who foster harmony, mutual respect, and sustainable peace in their families and communities.
PHARP-Rwanda supports women, especially vulnerable women and teen mothers through skills training, Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs), and income-generating initiatives. By strengthening women’s economic capacity and confidence, we restore dignity, improve household stability, and empower women to become agents of positive change in their communities.
PHARP-Rwanda invests in youth as future leaders by engaging them in life skills training, vocational initiatives, peace education, and community service. Our youth programmes nurture responsibility, resilience, and leadership while providing practical pathways toward employment, self-reliance, and active citizenship.
PHARP-Rwanda works to heal divided communities by facilitating dialogue, truth-telling, forgiveness, and reconciliation processes. Through community workshops and restorative approaches, we support individuals and groups to rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and foster unity grounded in dignity and shared humanity.
PHARP-Rwanda provides psychosocial support and trauma-healing initiatives for individuals and communities affected by loss, violence, and hardship. By creating safe spaces for healing and emotional restoration, we help people regain hope, resilience, and the capacity to rebuild healthy lives and relationships.
PHARP-Rwanda is committed to the protection and holistic development of vulnerable children through education support, health access, and psychosocial care. We work with families and communities to ensure children grow in safe, nurturing environments where they can thrive and reach their full potential.
PHARP-Rwanda partners with church leaders by strengthening their capacity in peacebuilding, reconciliation, trauma healing, ethical leadership, and discipleship. By equipping faith leaders, we empower churches to become centers of spiritual formation, healing, unity, and lasting community transformation.
